How to Find that New Love

Happy New Year to all Futurepink.com love seeking ladies. If Santa did not bring you the love of your life and you didn’t wake up on Christmas morning with Prince Charming in your stockings, do not fret! Stay with me and I will help you find the man of your dreams, Prince charming or the white knight in shining armour. Let’s face it you need to kiss a lot of frogs, before one day finding your Prince. If Santa let you down, there is always Cupid!

This you may think is easier said than done, what with heavy workloads, no time and especially at this time of year ...no money. There is a way to have fun and feel good too. All you need is an email address and a photo of yourself. Cupid will help you if you help him. Ironically Cupid is also a male.

If you have exhausted the conventional methods of finding Mr Right, there is a new way to find him as more and more guys take to the internet, then ladies if you can’t beat them join them.

This is 2008, a Leap Year and Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, let us see how much fun you can have dating online. If you have never considered it before then do it now. There are a few basics that I need to take you through first so here goes ladies.

I gave you advice last month on how to get a photo of yourself in all your glory, hair, makeup and best outfit on. This is vital for the type of cyber man you want to attract. I have researched this for five years ladies, trust me.

Cyber males prefer classy over trashy....don’t expose your body parts, maybe just a little bronzed cleavage (definitely no more).

Once you have your photo, before you dare venture onto a dating site, there is one other vital thing you need to think about. A nick name.

  1. Never use your real name online. What is in a name you might ask?   Well it can say a lot about you. It also gives a message out to the potential catches out there about your intentions. This also applies to the cyber males nick name. So if his name online is “legoverman” give him a wide birth.
  2. Go for a name that matches your personality or one that reveals  something interesting about you. My online name is Alexia, a name I have always loved. Cyber males like foreign and mysterious  and exotic so try a name with an exotic twist.
  3. Once you have picked your name be prepared to use it on every site, the more unusual it is the more it will be available. You may have to add a number onto the end of your name, as sometimes other users will choose the same name as you.
  4. Take time to think about your online name, “Mental Melanie” might give the wrong message. As would “Head case Hilary”, try angelic names like, “angelcakeo1” or  “princessfiona”. The cyber male imagination will do the rest.

So ladies work on the two most important items , your photo and your online name. Once you have them, you are on the way to catching the cyber man of your dreams. Stay with us for next month’s edition of futurepink.com where I will be reviewing the top five best dating sites with the pros and cons..... so you can chose where to start your hunt for fun and cheer up those January blues. Valentine’s Day is not far away, so get to it and don’t miss out.!
