We reserve the right to amend or remove any material which breaches these Terms. We reserve the right (but have no duty) to review, edit, move or delete any material submitted by Website Users in the Forums, in our sole discretion and without notice. We do not however have the resources to check all submissions on the site. If you do see any content which you believe violates the principles set out above, please inform us as soon as possible. 

We shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these Terms.

Future Pink does not endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by Website Users in the Forums or expressed by authors of articles appearing on the Website. Any material submitted in this way is the view and responsibility of those individual authors or Website users and does not necessarily represent the view of Future Pink. We accept no responsibility for any offence caused by such materials.

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

Future Pink may occasionally join with third parties to provide Website users with online shopping services. Transactions carried out with such third parties are not carried out with Future Pink and will therefore be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party, which may be found on their website. We do not accept any responsibility for any losses you may suffer as a result of entering into any transaction with any such third party. 

If you breach these Terms and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
